Margaret leads G+P’s Human Resources Department, working closely with all levels of staff – from supervising student interns to advising the most senior leaders within the firm. With 35+ years of diverse human resources and management experience, Margaret has been a vital part of G+P for over 20 years. She’s the first contact for new recruits and an indispensable resource for all employees.
Margaret leads HR initiatives including talent acquisition, policy design, benefit design & administration, performance management, compensation and compliance issues. She is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Margaret enjoys gardening and observing the wildlife in her backyard as well as escaping to the beach to unplug.
