Don brings over three decades of experience in the design and construction of K-12 educational projects. His problem solving and project management skills are appreciated and trusted by many of the region’s largest public school systems as he provides them with advice on programming, designing, budgeting, phasing, and delivering sustainable school projects. From code expertise to sustainable strategies to a detailed knowledge of construction and costs, Don enhances the value and safety of every project.
Don is a resource throughout the firm for building and accessibility codes, as well as detailing, constructability, and quality assurance. His attention to detail and commitment to best practices strengthens our entire team.
Outside the office, If he’s not hitting the road to bike 40 – 50 miles or downhill skiing, or on a golf course, Don is probably cheering on his alma mater, Virginia Tech.
