Azhar has over 20 years of architecture experience and has been with Grimm + Parker for almost 15 years, serving as a Vice President and project manager in G+P’s Residential and Urban Design Studio. He oversees a variety of multi-family project types including market-rate, affordable and senior housing, and is involved in projects from the initial stages of conceptual design through the final stages of construction administration. Azhar brings an attention to detail and passion for great design to all of the projects he manages, no matter the client or budget, and seeks to make each project a collaborative experience between owner, design team, contractor, and resident. His notable projects include Mira Upper Rock, Rivers Edge Apartments and Studio for the Arts, Eleven64 Apartments, and Riverwoods at Tollgate Phases I + II.
In his free time, Azhar loves spending time with his family, playing tennis, and riding his bike on Saturday mornings.
