Sadler West Addition + King Health Center Renovation Construction Nearing Completion

An estimated $218.7 million in building-construction projects associated with the College of William & Mary are nearing completion or are scheduled to open next year including the Sadler Center West expansion project and the renovation of the former Student Health Center, which encompasses nearly 80,000 square feet that will include modern meeting spaces, enhanced space for social events, speakers and performances and other community gatherings.

There also will be new space for student-focus offices, services, programs and Student Affairs programs that are currently spread across a number of campus buildings. There also will be new space for student publications as well as new production studios for WCWM and WMTV. Sadler Center West is expected to open in advance of the 2022-23 academic year. The estimated cost is $37.7 million.
