A conceptual design for a multi-use commercial office envisioned for a County Public Safety Headquarters in the DMV. The transparent podium building includes community meeting spaces and a flexible, outdoor plaza for farmer's markets, movies, and seasonal events. A multi-purpose black box space for performances or meetings both in person or virtual is available for rental.
