Privacy tends to be a concern for researchers. Therefore, clusters of offices were designed in lieu of a typical open floor plan to allow for future reorganization and maximum flexibility. The clusters are grouped around breakout areas to encourage interaction between researchers.

This project was an interior renovation of administrative offices, labs, conference rooms and other building support spaces.
