Zak leads our award-winning Residential and Urban Design Studio and has been with G+P since 2009. He brings a deep passion and commitment to affordable, beautiful, multi-family housing. Notable projects include Studio 3807, the SeVerna on K, Capitol Vista, Justice Park, Liberty Place, and Urban Green. Zak is a talented designer and a terrific project manager. He is dedicated to the comprehensive design, management, and construction administration of multi-family residential projects. Throughout a collaborative design process, Zak provides leadership and superior service for clients and stakeholders. The results are sustainable, award-winning affordable housing projects that transform lives and neighborhoods.
When Zak is not working on residential projects, you can probably find him out hiking or biking with his wife and two children or gathering with his family and friends to play lots of complicated board games.
