His leadership has resulted in many award-winning projects and his work has earned the trust and praise of both clients and contractors.  His notable projects include Moncure Elementary School, Louisa County High School, Westmoreland High School, Lois Hornsby Middle School, Matapeake Elementary School, Kent Island High School, and Discovery STEM Academy.  Paul joined the G+P team more than 31 years ago and he brings a wealth of K-12 design leadership experience, including programming and interior design.  Paul has been a chapter President of A4LE and a chapter President of the Potomac Valley AIA Chapter.  Paul’s design work has received multiple awards from the AIA, VSBA, NSBA, and Learning By Design.  He works closely with school boards across Virginia and Maryland to help them program and deliver outstanding and innovative learning environments.

After 17 years, Paul still enjoys spending every weekend continually building his “new” (and constantly evolving) house.
