Margaret leads Human Resources, working closely with all levels of staff – from supervising student interns to advising the most senior leaders within the firm. With 30+ years of diverse human resources and management experience, Margaret is a vital part of G+P. She’s the first contact for new recruits and a vital resource for all employees.
Margaret leads HR initiatives including talent acquisition, policy design, benefit design & administration, performance management, compensation and compliance issues. She is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
